The Fleece Performance Freedom Series Driver Side Cylinder Head solves the most common failure point on the LB7 Duramax: leaking injector cups. By utilizing an integrated cupless injector bore design, this cylinder head eliminates the need for injector cups entirely, saving installation time and preventing future coolant-to-fuel contamination or leaks. It is an ideal solution for daily drivers and heavy-duty towing applications.

Assembled at the Freedom Racing Engine shop, each head begins with a brand-new aluminum casting. Every unit is meticulously inspected and undergoes rigorous pressure and leak testing to ensure it meets or exceeds factory specifications. The head comes fully equipped with new valves, guides, springs, and seals, featuring precision ground 45-degree valves and a CNC-cut multi-angle valve job.
