This Fluidampr performance damper is a critical upgrade for protecting your engine against harmful torsional vibrations that stock rubber-based balancers cannot fully manage, especially after performance modifications.

Unlike OEM dampers that are tuned to a specific narrow frequency, the Fluidampr 551221 features a viscous design with a free-rotating inertia ring suspended in silicone fluid. This allows the damper to provide continuous protection across the entire RPM range, reducing wear on main bearings and the crankshaft while helping to stabilize timing. Precision CNC-machined from high-grade steel, it features a corrosion-resistant black zinc finish and laser-engraved timing marks for accurate tuning.
