The FOX 2.5 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP HTO shock provides race-proven damping technology in a bolt-on package for heavy-duty trucks. The 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body provides superior heat dissipation compared to traditional steel, ensuring consistent performance even during long periods of cycling. Its Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design separates shock oil from the high-pressure nitrogen gas chamber, eliminating oil aeration and preventing performance fade.

Equipped with a Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) piston, this shock is designed to manage extension forces and increase drop-out travel. The high-flow, velocity-sensitive damping is specifically tuned for the GM HD chassis to reduce vehicle sway and improve road feel. These shocks are fully rebuildable and re-tunable, offering long-term serviceability for extreme applications.
