The Fox Performance Series 2.5 Smooth Body IFP HTO shock delivers race-proven damping technology for heavy-duty trucks requiring extended travel. Engineered for vehicles with 4-6 inch lift kits, this shock features a massive 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body that dissipates heat four times faster than conventional steel shocks, maintaining consistent damping under heavy loads. The internal floating piston (IFP) isolates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the shock oil, eliminating aeration and performance fade during demanding off-road use or towing.

Equipped with a Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) piston, this shock manages the end of the extension stroke for a more controlled ride during high-articulation events.
