The Fox 2.5 Performance Series Smooth Body IFP HTO shock is engineered to transform your Jeep Wrangler JL’s off-road capability while maintaining composed street manners. Specifically tuned for vehicles with a 3.5 to 4-inch lift, this rear shock provides increased drop-out travel and high-flow, velocity-sensitive damping to reduce vehicle sway and improve control on technical terrain. The 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body dissipates heat four times faster than conventional steel shocks, ensuring consistent performance without fade during aggressive use.

This shock features an Internal Floating Piston (IFP) that separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the oil, preventing aeration and cavitation. The addition of the Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) piston provides a smooth, controlled end-to-travel feel, protecting your suspension during full extension.
