The Fox 2.5 Performance Series IFP front coilover is engineered to increase off-road capability by providing up to 3 inches of lift and extending drop-out travel. This system utilizes a 2.5-inch impact-extruded 6061-T6 aluminum body, which dissipates heat four times more effectively than conventional steel shocks for consistent, fade-resistant performance. The Internal Floating Piston (IFP) design physically separates the high-pressure nitrogen gas from the shock oil, preventing aeration and ensuring predictable damping in harsh environments.

Specifically tuned for the 2024+ Ranger chassis, these coilovers feature high-flow velocity-sensitive damping to reduce vehicle sway and improve on-road cornering stability while maintaining a plush, connected feel off-road. The assembly is fully rebuildable and re-tunable, providing a long-term suspension solution for both daily driving and trail use.
