The Garrett G25-550 G-Series Super Core (858161-5002S) is a high-efficiency mid-frame turbocharger solution designed for applications requiring up to 550 horsepower. This standard rotation super core includes the fully assembled center housing rotating assembly (CHRA) and compressor housing, providing a high-performance foundation for custom turbo builds or for replacing a damaged unit while reusing an existing turbine housing.
- Standard rotation configuration with a 48mm compressor inducer and 54mm exducer.
- Dual ceramic ball bearing cartridge for improved transient response and increased thrust capacity.
- Advanced G-Series compressor wheel aerodynamics for superior flow at high pressure ratios.
- Mar-M alloy turbine wheel (54mm) engineered to withstand extreme exhaust gas temperatures.
- Water and oil-cooled center housing featuring -6AN water ports and -4AN oil feed.
- Integrated speed sensor and boost pressure ports for precise engine management data.
