The Garrett GTX3076R Gen II Super Core (851154-5001S) is a high-performance turbocharger assembly designed for mid-frame power applications. This Gen II unit replaces the legacy 836042-5003S, featuring updated compressor wheel aerodynamics that provide increased airflow and efficiency compared to original GTX series models. As a Super Core, it includes the fully assembled and balanced center section and compressor stage, ready to be mated to your choice of turbine housing.
- Gen II Aerodynamics: Features a forged, fully-machined compressor wheel designed for higher pressure ratios and increased flow capacity.
- Super Core Configuration: Includes the pre-assembled Center Housing Rotating Assembly (CHRA) and compressor housing.
- Dual Ball Bearing CHRA: Equipped with a ceramic dual ball bearing system for rapid transient response and improved reliability.
- Thermal Management: Water and oil-cooled CHRA ensures stable operating temperatures during high-demand use.
- Precision Fitment: Designed as a direct super core replacement for part number 836042-5003S.
