The Gibson Single Side Exhaust system is engineered to improve towing capacity and passing power by maximizing low-end torque. Designed specifically for the 6.8L V10, this system focuses performance gains in the 1,800 to 3,000 RPM range, providing the necessary grunt for hill climbing and heavy hauling. The kit features 3-inch stainless steel mandrel-bent tubing to maintain consistent exhaust flow and reduce backpressure.

At the heart of the system is the Superflow™ baffled and chambered muffler. Unlike traditional performance mufflers, it uses no internal packing that can burn out over time, ensuring a consistent aggressive exterior sound with minimal interior drone. The system exits behind the rear tire and is finished with a polished stainless steel slash-cut tip. Installation is a straightforward bolt-on process using factory-style hangers and included hardware, requiring no welding.
