The Goodridge 20024 Stainless Steel Brake Line Kit provides a critical performance upgrade over factory rubber hoses. By replacing the expandable OE lines with a high-grade PTFE-lined hose protected by a stainless steel outer braid, this kit eliminates the spongy pedal feel often experienced during heavy braking or high-heat conditions. The result is a firmer pedal, more consistent response, and increased braking efficiency by ensuring more hydraulic pressure reaches the calipers rather than being lost to hose expansion.
