The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 suspension system is engineered for drivers demanding maximum performance and damping control. This comprehensive kit features vehicle-specific tuned 2.5 Series coilover shocks equipped with remote reservoirs and ICON’s CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valves. These externally adjustable valves provide 10 discrete levels of compression damping, allowing you to calibrate the suspension for varying terrain and cargo loads. The remote reservoirs significantly increase oil volume and surface area for heat dissipation, effectively preventing shock fade and cavitation during hard off-road use.

To maintain proper suspension geometry and alignment at 1.25-3” of front lift, this system includes tubular upper control arms (UCAs) featuring patented Delta Joint Pro bearings. These joints provide 90 degrees of total articulation to maximize wheel travel. For 4WD models, the included front differential drop bracket corrects CV angles to prevent binding. In the rear, 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir shocks are paired with dual-rate coil springs designed to maintain 0.5” of lift while supporting up to 600 lbs of additional gear.
