The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 5 suspension system is a comprehensive performance upgrade engineered to improve the handling and stance of the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma. This system provides 1.25–3 inches of front lift height and 0.5 inches of rear lift (rated at 600 lbs of additional rear weight), allowing for increased fender clearance for larger wheel and tire packages. The kit features 2.5 Series front coilovers and 2.5 Aluminum Series remote reservoir rear shocks, both equipped with ICON’s CDC Valves, offering 10 specific compression damping settings to suit any terrain or load requirement.

To ensure proper front-end geometry at increased ride heights, this system includes billet 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum upper control arms (UCAs). These UCAs utilize the patented Delta Joint PRO, which provides 90 degrees of total articulation to eliminate binding during full bump and droop travel. For 4WD models, an included front differential drop kit optimizes CV joint angles to maintain drivetrain longevity. The rear is supported by dual-rate coil springs that balance on-road comfort with a firm overload rate for superior bottoming resistance.
