The ICON Vehicle Dynamics Stage 8 suspension system is engineered to maximize the performance of the 2024-2025 Toyota Tacoma across any terrain. At the core of this system are 2.5 Series front coilovers and remote reservoir rear shocks, both equipped with ICON’s CDC (Compression Damping Control) Valves. These valves provide 10 distinct settings of compression adjustment to fine-tune ride quality for varied loads and environments. The 2.5-inch diameter shock bodies feature CAD plating and massive 7/8-inch shafts for superior heat dissipation and durability.

Up front, billet aluminum upper control arms (UCAs) correct suspension geometry and provide increased caster and camber adjustment. These UCAs are equipped with the patented Delta Joint Pro, which delivers 90 degrees of articulation to eliminate binding during full suspension travel. In the rear, the system includes billet aluminum lower links with double adjusters for precise pinion angle tuning and dual-rate coil springs. These springs are specifically tuned to provide a .5-inch lift while supporting 600 lbs of additional gear, ensuring the truck maintains its stance even when fully outfitted for overland travel.
