The 2.5-inch diameter shock bodies provide a significant increase in piston surface area and oil volume compared to factory components, ensuring consistent performance and reduced heat fade. Construction features include corrosion-resistant CAD-plated shock bodies, 7/8-inch diameter induction-hardened shafts, and 6061 aircraft-grade CNC-machined aluminum components. To ensure longevity and precise handling, ICON utilizes FK rod end bearings to minimize deflection during suspension cycling.
