The Injen Technology SP Series cold air intake is the flagship induction system for the Ford Focus RS, designed to optimize airflow and maximize power delivery. Constructed from mandrel-bent 6061-T6 aluminum, this system eliminates the restrictions of the factory intake to provide a smooth, high-velocity path to the turbocharger. The SP series incorporates Injen’s patented MegaRam (MR) and Air Fusion technologies, which allow the system to provide significant gains while maintaining safe air/fuel ratios without the need for an aftermarket tune.

This kit includes a fully serviceable SuperNano-Web dry air filter, which offers a larger surface area for increased flow and superior filtration compared to OE paper filters. To further enhance performance and protect against heat soak, Injen includes a custom-engineered heat shield with a dedicated cover specifically for the Focus RS engine bay. On the dyno, this system has demonstrated gains of up to 18 hp and 17 lb-ft of torque, accompanied by a more aggressive engine note under load.
