Protect your turbocharged engine from the performance-robbing effects of oil blow-by with the J&L 3.0 Oil Separator. During crankcase venting, oil vapors often accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, coating valves and diluting fuel octane. This solid billet aluminum separator intercepts those vapors, keeping your intake tract clean and ensuring consistent combustion.
The J&L 3.0 features a sophisticated multistage filtration system. Vapors first pass through a fine stainless steel mesh screen before hitting a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This process causes oil droplets to coalesce and fall into the 3oz reservoir. The tank includes a knurled base for easy, tool-free removal and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free vacuum environment.
