The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 (3075P-B) is engineered to protect your 2.3L EcoBoost engine from the detrimental effects of oil blow-by. In turbocharged engines, increased crankcase pressure vents oil vapors back through the intake tract, where they can accumulate in the manifold, coat intake valves, and dilute fuel octane. This system intercepts those vapors, ensuring only clean air reaches your combustion chamber.

Milled from solid billet aluminum, this separator features a sophisticated multi-stage filtration system. Oil-laden air passes through a fine stainless steel mesh screen before meeting a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This design causes heavy oil droplets to coalesce and drop into the 3 oz reservoir while allowing air to flow freely. Maintenance is simple thanks to a knurled tank base for easy removal and an O-ring seal to ensure a leak-free vacuum.
