The J&L Oil Separator 3.0 provides a robust solution for managing crankcase pressure and preventing oil vapor from contaminating your intake tract. On performance Ford engines, oil vapors often accumulate in the intake tube and manifold runners, which can dilute fuel octane levels and lead to carbon buildup. This driver-side separator intercepts those vapors, protecting your engine's efficiency and performance.

Milled from solid billet aluminum, this unit features a sophisticated multistage filtration system. Vapors first pass through a fine mesh stainless steel screen to trap fine particulates before entering a 1/2-inch thick, 1/16-inch aluminum honeycomb filter. This allows oil droplets to coalesce and drop into the 3-ounce collection tank while allowing clean air to circulate back to the intake. The tank is designed with a knurled base for easy, tool-free removal during maintenance and utilizes an O-ring seal to prevent vacuum leaks.
