JBA Cat4Ward shorty headers are engineered to replace restrictive factory cast-iron manifolds, significantly improving exhaust flow and engine efficiency. Constructed from mandrel-bent 409 stainless steel, these headers are designed to withstand the high heat and stress of towing, racing, and daily driving. The proprietary JBA Firecone collector optimizes exhaust scavenging, producing measurable power and torque gains in the mid-range where truck owners need it most.
Each set features 3/8-inch thick machined flanges with oversized ports to prevent warping and ensure a professional, leak-free seal. These headers include factory-style emission connections to maintain system integrity and simplify the installation process.
