Designed specifically for the Audi TT-RS, this JE Pistons forged piston kit features an 83mm bore and an -8.1cc dish volume to handle the high thermal and mechanical loads of performance racing. Each piston is 100% engineered and machined in the USA from high-tensile 2618 aluminum alloy, ensuring the structural integrity required for forced induction and high-horsepower applications.
- Forged Side Relief (FSR): Lightweight forging design reduces friction and power loss with a narrower skirt and shorter wrist pin without sacrificing strength.
- Accumulator Groove: Machined to collect residual combustion gases, reducing pressure between the top and second ring to minimize ring flutter and maintain a consistent seal.
- Advanced Skirt Coating: Reduces friction and wear on both the piston skirts and cylinder walls, contributing to quieter operation and increased longevity.
- Complete Installation Kit: Includes a set of five pistons, JE Pro Seal premium piston rings, high-quality wrist pins, and wire locks.
