This JE Pistons forged piston set is engineered for Toyota 3SGE engines, providing the strength and thermal stability required for high-demand performance and racing applications. Machined from high-tensile 2618 aluminum alloy in the USA, these pistons utilize a proprietary Forged Side Relief (FSR) design to minimize friction and reduce reciprocating weight through a narrower skirt and shorter wrist pin.
Designed for an 86.5mm bore (+1.00mm oversize), these pistons feature a -15cc dome to achieve a 9.5:1 compression ratio. Each set includes an accumulator groove to manage combustion gas pressure and reduce ring flutter, alongside a specialized skirt coating to minimize wear and operating noise. This complete kit comes ready for installation with premium hardware and a JE Pro Seal ring set.
