Built for high-demand performance applications, this JE Pistons forged piston kit (MPN 186235) provides the thermal stability and structural strength required for aggressive tuning and racing. Each piston is machined from 2618 aluminum alloy, offering the high tensile strength necessary for high-heat environments. The Forged Side Relief (FSR) design utilizes a shorter wrist pin and reduced skirt width to minimize friction and reciprocating weight without sacrificing durability.
- Forged in the USA from 2618 aluminum for superior strength under high combustion pressures
- FSR (Forged Side Relief) design reduces friction and saves weight
- Accumulator groove helps manage combustion gases to reduce ring flutter and improve seal
