The Koni Special Active front right shock (8745 1419R) brings premium damping technology to the RAV4 chassis. Utilizing Koni's patented Frequency Selective Damping (FSD), this shock absorber identifies and reacts to road conditions in real-time. It provides firm damping for controlled cornering and reduced body roll on smooth pavement, while instantly softening to soak up harsh expansion joints and rough surfaces.
Unlike electronic adaptive suspensions, the Special Active system is entirely mechanical, offering a reliable, bolt-on upgrade that restores and improves OE ride quality. It is specifically engineered to interface with factory mounting points for a straightforward installation.
