The Koni Special Active 8745 Series right front strut is an advanced suspension solution designed to bridge the gap between track-ready handling and daily-driver comfort. Utilizing Koni's patented Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) technology, this twin-tube strut automatically adjusts its damping force based on the road surface. This allows the strut to stay firm during spirited cornering to minimize body roll while softening instantly over expansion joints and potholes for a smoother ride.
As a low-pressure gas-charged unit, it provides consistent performance under varying thermal loads without the need for electronic sensors, cables, or manual adjustment. This strut is a direct replacement for the factory OE unit and is finished in Koni’s signature Special Active Red.
