The KYB Excel-G Front Right Strut is engineered to restore your vehicle's original ride control, stability, and braking responsiveness. Unlike performance-tuned shocks that alter handling characteristics, the Excel-G series is calibrated to return the suspension to its factory-intended capabilities. As a leading world supplier of original equipment, KYB manufactures the Excel-G on the same assembly lines used for OEM components, earning it the OEA (Original Equipment for the Aftermarket) classification.
This nitrogen gas-charged, twin-tube strut utilizes OE-quality valves and seals to ensure consistent damping performance across varying road conditions. To protect the piston rod from dirt, salt, and debris, KYB recommends pairing this unit with a new KYB Strut Boot (part number SB103).
