Manley Race Master Series exhaust valves are engineered for the high-stress environments of bracket, drag, and oval track racing. Designed specifically for engines operating up to 8,000 RPM, these valves provide the thermal stability and mechanical strength required for high-performance builds, including those utilizing alcohol fuels. Each valve is manufactured from XH-426 stainless steel to ensure long-term durability under extreme exhaust temperatures.
The Race Master series utilizes a straight-stem design with chrome-plated stems and hardened tips to minimize guide wear and resist mushrooming. To optimize cylinder head efficiency, these valves feature swirl-polished underhead areas and fully machined combustion faces, which promote smoother airflow and more consistent combustion cycles.
