The MaxTrac Suspension 5" Rear Box Kit (MPN: 901355) is a comprehensive lifting solution designed for 2WD GM 1500 trucks. This kit allows for increased ground clearance and the installation of larger tire and wheel packages while maintaining predictable handling characteristics. It is specifically engineered for vehicles equipped with factory cast steel suspension components to ensure proper fitment and geometry.
By utilizing 3" front strut spacers and 6" rear lift blocks, this kit provides a balanced lift profile. The included extended U-bolts provide the necessary clamping force to secure the lift blocks to the axle, while a pair of application-tuned MaxTrac rear shocks replace the factory units to accommodate the increased travel and maintain damping control.
