Designed for high-horsepower street and strip applications, the McLeod RXT Street Twin clutch kit (MPN 6405807M) is engineered to handle up to 1000 HP. This assembly is specifically configured for GM LSA and LSx engines utilizing an 8-bolt crankshaft flange, offering a high-capacity solution that maintains excellent street drivability.
The RXT series features ceramic/bronze-lined clutch discs that provide smooth engagement and superior thermal stability during high-load 1/4-mile passes. Despite its massive torque capacity, the kit is designed for a lighter-than-stock pedal feel to ensure comfort during enthusiast driving. This is a complete dedicated unit that includes a matched flywheel and the patented McLeod adapter ring, providing a simplified bolt-on installation.
