Designed as a direct-fit performance upgrade, the Mishimoto Aluminum Intercooler and Piping Kit addresses the cooling limitations of the factory setup. This kit is engineered to significantly reduce intake air temperatures and improve overall thermal efficiency, supporting the higher boost levels of modified turbocharged engines. Unlike many aftermarket intercooler kits, this system is a true bolt-on solution that retains the OEM front bumper and crash bar for a simplified installation process.
The core of this system is the silver bar-and-plate Z Line intercooler, featuring smooth cast end tanks to optimize internal airflow. The included lightweight, mandrel-bent aluminum charge pipes eliminate the restrictive bends found in factory plastic piping, ensuring a more direct path for pressurized air. This kit is fully compatible with both the factory radiator and the Mishimoto performance aluminum radiator.
