NGK Laser Iridium High Ignitability spark plugs are engineered to provide the ultimate combination of combustion efficiency and long-term durability. Designed to meet or exceed original equipment standards, the DILKAR7Q8 features a laser-welded iridium-tipped center electrode. This material is six times harder than platinum, allowing for a high-ignitability design that maintains its gap even under extreme thermal stress. The ground electrode is reinforced with a platinum pad or fine wire tip to ensure even wear and consistent spark performance in modern distributorless ignition systems (DIS).
