The QA1 XM Series (Endura) rod end is engineered for heavy-duty applications like 4-link systems and ladder bars where tensile strength and durability are critical. These male rod ends feature a body manufactured from heat-treated chromoly steel with a protective coating for superior corrosion resistance and increased cross-sectional thickness to handle heavy shock loads.
Equipped with a self-sealing and self-lubricating Nylon/PTFE injection-molded race, the XMR12 is designed to keep dirt and debris out of the bearing assembly. The ball is constructed from heat-treated, precision-ground 52100 bearing steel and finished with a hard chrome plating for smooth operation and a long service life.
