R1 Concepts stainless steel brake lines replace flexible factory rubber hoses to eliminate the spongy pedal feel often experienced during heavy braking. By significantly reducing hose expansion under high hydraulic pressure, these lines ensure that force is directed more efficiently to the calipers, resulting in a firmer, more communicative brake pedal and more consistent modulation.

Each hose is constructed with a high-pressure PTFE inner core wrapped in a high-strength stainless steel braided weave for maximum durability. A clear, abrasion-resistant PVC outer jacket protects the stainless braid from dirt, road debris, and chafing against suspension components. These lines are DOT approved to meet strict safety and quality standards and are precision-engineered for a direct-fit installation using factory-style mounting points.
