The R1 Concepts HSK-74048 Upper Rear Stainless Steel Brake Hose is designed to replace standard factory rubber lines that are prone to expansion under pressure. By utilizing a high-strength stainless steel braided exterior over a PTFE inner core, this hose virtually eliminates line swell. This results in a firmer, more communicative brake pedal and more consistent hydraulic pressure during heavy braking, towing, or spirited street performance.
To ensure long-term reliability in harsh road conditions, the braided weave is encased in a clear, abrasion-resistant PVC coating. This layer protects the stainless steel from road debris, dirt, and chaffing against chassis or suspension components. Each hose is precision-engineered for a direct-fit installation, utilizing factory-style mounting points for a secure and straightforward setup.
