The Rancho quickLIFT Loaded assembly (RS999935) is a complete bolt-on solution designed to level and lift the front of your 2009-2013 Ford F-150. This all-in-one assembly replaces the factory strut and spring, eliminating the factory rake to provide an aggressive stance and additional clearance for up to 285/60R20 tires.
At the core of this assembly is the RS9000XL strut, featuring a nine-position manual adjustment knob. This allows you to fine-tune your ride quality for anything from daily commuting to heavy towing or off-road use. The unit is nitrogen gas-pressurized to 100 PSI to minimize aeration and foaming, ensuring consistent damping performance under varied conditions.

- Complete Assembly: Includes application-specific coil spring and upper mounting plate to simplify installation and ensure proper fit.
