The Rancho RS5000X (RS55380) is a nitrogen gas-pressurized shock absorber designed to improve the ride quality and handling of heavy-duty pickups. Featuring Rancho's exclusive Cross Tuned technology and Progressive Engagement Valving (PEV), this shock is custom-tuned to manage the high-inertia loads of 3/4-ton and 1-ton trucks, reducing harsh initial impacts and preventing performance fade during towing or off-road use.
