The Rancho® quickLIFT™ Loaded assembly (RS999946) is a complete, bolt-on suspension solution designed to level the front of your Ford F-150. By removing the factory rake, this assembly provides 2.5 to 2.75 inches of additional lift, creating the necessary clearance for tires up to 275/65R20. Each unit features the high-performance RS9000™XL strut, allowing you to fine-tune your ride quality with a nine-position adjustable knob that controls damping firmness.

This all-in-one assembly simplifies the installation process by including an application-specific coil spring and an upper mounting plate, eliminating the need for a spring compressor. Engineered for durability, it utilizes a nitrogen gas charge at 100 PSI to minimize aeration and foaming, ensuring consistent damping performance under varied loads and terrains.
