The Rancho quickLIFT Loaded assembly is an all-in-one suspension solution designed to level and lift the front of late-model Ford F-150s. This complete assembly replaces the factory strut, coil spring, and upper mounting plate to eliminate factory rake and provide 2.5 to 2.75 inches of additional ground clearance. The increased height allows for the installation of larger wheel and tire packages up to 275/65R20.
At the core of this assembly is the RS9000XL strut, featuring a nine-position manual adjustment knob that allows you to fine-tune damping stiffness for specific on-road or off-road conditions. To ensure consistent performance under load, the unit is nitrogen gas pressurized to 100 PSI, which minimizes oil foaming and damping fade.
