This Ridetech ball joint wedge plate kit is an essential upgrade for owners performing the "Shelby drop" on 1964-1970 Mustangs. By relocating the upper control arm mounting points, you effectively lower the vehicle's center of gravity and improve the front suspension camber curve for better handling. These 3-hole wedge plates correct the resulting upper ball joint angle to prevent binding and ensure a full range of suspension travel.
