Engineered for custom suspension fabricators and chassis builders, the RockJock Johnny Joint (CE-9110P-28) provides a superior alternative to standard heim joints. While common joints are often limited to 22 degrees of movement, this weld-on Johnny Joint offers 30 degrees of unrestricted articulation. The high-density urethane bushings encasing the inner ball provide essential vibration dampening and cushioning that steel-on-steel joints cannot replicate.
The outer shell is constructed from .180 in. wall machined DOM tubing designed for direct welding to suspension links. For maximum durability, the internals feature heat-treated side washers and a heat-treated center ball that is cross-drilled for thru-bolt lubrication. The entire assembly is secured by a heavy-duty snap ring and includes an integrated Zerk fitting for easy maintenance.
