The Roush Performance Cold Air Intake Kit is engineered to replace the restrictive factory airbox, providing up to 25% less intake restriction in forced induction applications. By reducing pressure drop, this system allows the EcoBoost turbochargers to operate more efficiently, unlocking potential power and fuel economy that is otherwise limited by the OE intake tract. Designed using OEM CAD data, this kit ensures a factory-level fit and finish while effectively sealing out engine bay heat.
Installation is straightforward and typically completed in under an hour with basic hand tools. Unlike many aftermarket intake systems, this Roush kit is engineered and tested to work with the factory PCM calibration, meaning no custom tuning or ECU flashes are required for operation.
