Engineered for performance and longevity, this system replaces the restrictive factory exhaust with high-flow 3.0-inch mandrel-bent tubing. Unlike standard crimp-bent systems that restrict exhaust velocity, Roush's mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel piping ensures consistent flow and reduced backpressure for the lifetime of the vehicle.
The kit features a performance-tuned muffler, y-pipe, and inlet/outlet pipes all constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. The system terminates with side-exit tips embossed with the ROUSH logo, providing a sporty, refined appearance. Designed for versatility, this exhaust kit is compatible with all cab and bed configurations for the 2015-2020 F-150 equipped with the 5.0L V8, 3.5L EcoBoost, or 2.7L EcoBoost engines.
