When hinges lose their tolerances, the door latch and striker are subjected to unnecessary impact and wear. This Rugged Ridge brass hinge insert set is designed to replace deteriorated factory bushings, restoring smooth, quiet operation and proper door-to-body alignment.
Precision-machined from durable brass, these inserts offer superior resistance to wear compared to plastic or thin-walled OE-style bushings. This kit provides a direct replacement for factory inserts and is also compatible with most aftermarket lower door hinges.
