The Sinister Diesel Coolant Filtration System is engineered to protect your engine’s cooling components from the abrasive contaminants that lead to premature failure. Diesel engines, including the 6.7L Cummins, often contain residual casting sand from the manufacturing process, as well as metal shavings and mineral scale. These particles circulate through the cooling loop, acting as an abrasive that wears out water pump seals and clogs the narrow passages of the oil cooler and heater core.

This bypass-style system features a CNC machined billet aluminum filter block anodized in signature Sinister Blue. It is designed to filter a portion of the coolant on every pass, effectively cleaning the entire system over time without restricting the primary coolant flow. The kit includes all necessary hardware and brackets for a secure installation using factory mounting points.
