The Skunk2 Racing Throttle Body Adapter provides a precision solution for mounting early K-series (PRB) cable-driven throttle bodies onto late-model intake manifolds featuring the RBC/RRC flange. This adapter is essential for K-swap projects or performance builds using the popular RBC or RRC intake manifolds while maintaining a cable-actuated throttle system.
Every adapter is CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum and features a 74mm opening that tapers to a 72mm exit to ensure smooth airflow transitions. The design includes a dedicated notch for the Idle Air Control Valve (IACV), maintaining proper idle function without additional modification. The unit is finished with an anodized coating for superior corrosion resistance and durability.
