Skyjacker Softride front leaf springs are engineered to provide a significant improvement in ride quality without sacrificing the durability required for off-road use. These progressive multileaf packs are manufactured using high-grade American steel. To ensure longevity and performance, each individual leaf is shot-peened with hard steel pellets at high velocity. This process compresses the steel's surface, significantly increasing tensile strength and allowing for maximum wheel travel without fatiguing the metal.

Unlike standard springs that use restrictive C-style bend clips, Skyjacker utilizes bolt-style spring clips to eliminate internal friction and binding. The leaves are tapered over their entire length to distribute loads evenly and provide more flex at the ends, preventing individual leaves from digging into one another. The result is a lift spring that maintains a load capacity equal to or greater than OE while delivering a smoother, more compliant feel on the street and trail.
