This 1.75-inch 90-degree mandrel bend elbow from Stainless Bros is engineered for high-heat automotive fabrication where space is at a premium. Constructed from premium SS321 (321 Stainless Steel), this material is titanium-stabilized to provide superior resistance to intergranular corrosion and higher fatigue strength than standard 304 stainless steel, making it the ideal choice for turbo manifolds, downpipes, and wastegate dump tubes.
The tight 1D radius allows for complex routing in compact engine bays without sacrificing flow quality. This "No Leg" version is precision-trimmed to the start of the bend, allowing fabricators to weld directly into tight configurations without additional cutting or waste. Each elbow is mandrel bent to ensure consistent wall thickness and internal diameter throughout the arc.
