Stainless Bros 1.75-inch 1D tight radius pie cuts are precision-engineered for professional exhaust and intake fabrication. These 16-gauge stainless steel segments allow fabricators to create high-quality, complex bends in cramped engine bays where standard mandrel bends cannot fit. Each segment is carefully deburred and ready for TIG welding right out of the box.
Designed for maximum clearance and flow efficiency, these 1D radius cuts maintain a consistent 1.75-inch center line radius (CLR), ensuring uniform wall thickness and structural integrity throughout the bend. This 6-pack provides enough material to construct a 90-degree bend or multiple smaller directional adjustments.
