Featuring a 1D radius, the bend maintains a tight 1.75-inch Center Line Radius (CLR), allowing for compact routing of exhaust, intake, or cooling systems without sacrificing flow efficiency.
Unlike standard crush bends that create turbulence and restrictive necking, these mandrel-bent tubes provide a consistent internal diameter throughout the entire 90-degree sweep. Each bend includes 2-inch straight legs, offering sufficient material for precise trimming and TIG welding to adjacent components.
