This Stainless Bros 3-inch mandrel bend is engineered for high-performance fabrication where space is at a premium. Constructed from 16-gauge (0.065") 304 stainless steel, this 45-degree bend provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability for custom exhaust systems, intake piping, and coolant paths.
- Material: 304 Stainless Steel for superior heat and corrosion resistance.
- Mandrel Bent: Maintains a constant 3-inch diameter throughout the bend to ensure maximum flow and zero restriction.
- 1D Radius: Features an ultra-tight centerline radius equal to the tubing diameter (3 inches), ideal for compact engine bays.
- No Leg Design: The bend is cut without straight extensions (legs), allowing for precision fitment in tight-clearance applications.
