Utilizing a tight 1D centerline radius, this component allows for compact routing in custom exhaust systems, intake piping, and industrial applications without the cross-sectional collapse or restrictive turbulence found in crush-bent tubing.
The mandrel bending process ensures a consistent diameter throughout the entire sweep, maintaining exhaust gas velocity and reducing backpressure. Each piece features two-inch straight tangent legs to provide ample surface area for secure welding or clamping during installation.
